Shipping

All orders are sent flat packed in a rigid cardboard mailer, in a protective cellophane sleeve with 300GSM cardboard backing.
All orders are sent with tracking details.
Please note for international orders, any customs costs/import taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

All prints are made to order in my home studio and hand packed by me so please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
All custom collages are hand made to order and will take up to 2 weeks to finish.
All prints will be shipped within one week of ordering, and all custom collage commissions will be shipped within a week of completion.

Shipping times will vary and this is just an estimate:
Australia: 7-14 business days
International: 7-25 business days

Do you offer refunds or returns?

I do not offer returns or refunds. I hold no responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

I only offer exchanges if your item arrives damaged. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me via the contact form on my website and I will get back to you to arrange a replacement.

How are your prints made?

All of my prints are made to order in my home studio in Sydney, Australia. My prints are made from high quality scans of my original collage artworks. They are printed with pigment inks on 308gsm Hahnemühle paper - a matte cotton rag fine art paper, which is slightly textured (like smooth watercolour paper) and acid-free.

How are your collages made?

I hand make all of my collages (otherwise known as analog collage). All of my collages are made using vintage, second hand and collected materials that I source from books and magazines. The images are all meticulously cut using scissors or craft knives, then arranged and glued down on hot pressed watercolor paper.

If you’re after a certain artwork as a print but it isn’t available on my store, please fill out my contact form and I will see what I can arrange for you.
